I like the pens: they write well, they look good, they feel good, my only issue is that the logo is on a side where it isn't visible when the pen is lying down.

The pens are hard to get started. Had to shake vigorously. I got a lot of complaints.

These pens were very reasonably priced and the customer service team had a fast response time. Our only problem was with checking the proof. We ordered a pen with a color logo. The proof we received was a black and white square and not on a pen as an example of placement/color. To receive a digital proof, the company wanted to charge us an additional $25 and delay the order. They claimed they couldn't give us an example because different monitor screens are different. Felt like we were ordering blindly. The color we received is significantly darker than the swatches on their ordering page, but they work for us.

The pen is just okay, kinda disappointed. It doesn't write very easy and will quit "mid sentence"
