The process was so easy, with a quick turnaround! Would definitely order again.

Not totally satisfied with the color. I picked the Julep green color and the pens are a much brighter lime green than what was shown online. There were also multiple delays in processing my order, it took three weeks for the pens to ship and a couple more days before they arrived. But the pens are nice and it's a good deal for the price.

As noted on the Bic Clic page, the Bic factory is shorthanded and production time has been increased to 12 business days.

I received exactly what I ordered. The logo was perfect and the size of the font was perfect. I believe that I misunderstood what the silver plastic would look like as I thought it would be more silvery metallic looking and not like a cheap silver plastic pen. I believe this was my own fault for misunderstanding what the silver plastic would look like. The pens work fine but obviously I am very disappointed in the look.

These pens last so long. We get them as promotional pens but practically everyone in the office uses them too as they write so well. They are well worth the price.
