Color was way different than pictured

I have ordered from here before and was happy.. Our studio colors are black and yellow. Ive always ordered yellow pens as pictured on the website. This time they showed up and were a mustard gold color. I tried to contact customer service and could not find a phone number anywhere! I will not be ordering from here in the future.
