We use the BIC stic WOW on the imprint area.
It sends a message! They write well in the kitchen.
The service again WOW always gets it right, the first time.

Rating:

I asked to re-order our very last order, but we actually received an older design that we didn't really like. I was working quickly and did approve it, but it would have been nice if when I asked for a re-order I was sent the correct design. I just assumed and trusted the design would be correct, but it was not and I approved so we are stuck with pens we don't really like.

Otherwise, service is fair.
